Great customer service
Great Experience. No hassle price. Got us in the car we wanted for the price range we needed to be in. Such great service I went in for one car last week and I think I am picking up a second next week. Salesman do not hassle you instead they work with you. I think the fact I when for one car and am possibly leaving with two should say all you need to know about this dealership.

Great service
Service advisor explained recommended services needed and they were all performed in a timely manner. However, haven't yet had a chance to drive any distance. Expecting to be completely satisfied when I do so.

Very determined service manager, good service dept
Our problem in our 2013 Cruze LTZ is that the onboard GPS will not accept verbal commands. Almost every time, after speaking in a destination, the GPS "voice" takes us to a different city in a different state. It turns out that this is not only my problem but others as well. We must wait for a fix from GM. In the meantime we are using another type of verbal command, which seems to be working at this time. Thanks, Dave for all your help.

Very family oriented dealership.
Went in to Schumacher with a major issue on my 2014 Chevy Impala LTZ. They had never seen anything like this before, but did resolve and fix the problem. Am very satisfied, as always, with their service, etc.
