Once I had ordered the car, my experience went downhill.

Once I had ordered the car, my experience went downhill. They asked me for documents for financing that were unnecessary and apologized when I told them that they weren't necessary--I ended up not financing through them since they didn't know what they were doing. When I went to pick up the vehicle with a specific appointment, it took 2 hours until I was out of the dealership to sign 5 minutes of paperwork, and when I called a few days before my temp plate was set to expire, they still didn't have the plates. They called me the day my plates were expiring to request additional information which told me that they hadn't even started the process of registering the vehicle. Promised I'd have the plates within a day, after my temp plates expired, but I'm not holding my breath. I could understand maybe one glitch in the process but not all across the board. I wouldn't recommend this dealer. (The car itself, though, is great so far!)

So glad I found DCH Paramus Honda...I relocated to the area earlier this year and was nervous about finding a new repair shop, but Natasha instantly put me at ease and has been great. She's responsive, knows her stuff and I definitely feel as I can trust her. And I have been very happy with the quality of the service received as well, they keep my Pilot running great! Highly recommend. Also love the online booking system, very helpful.

When I came in I was greeted by a nice young gentleman.

When I came in I was greeted by a nice young gentleman. His name was max and I explained to him my situation regarding my trade in and needing to jump to a bigger style car. He told me not to worry and to just follow his lead. From there he showed me the 2 different options for me that were the pilot and they odyssey and explained to me all the pros and cons of each. There I felt very confident and making the right decision. I ended up choosing the pilot and again Max explained every feature to me and was very knowledgeable on the product that he was selling. He also followed up really well with me the weeks after and when I got my plates he called me right away and popped them on my car for me ! Thanks again Max. I ll definitely recommend you to my family and friends.

Osvandy is amazing.

Osvandy is amazing. He took care of my son’s first car purchase with complete understanding of his needs and budget. I felt like he was working on his behalf and not aa a salesman. We were so happy with him and recommend him highly and without any reservations at all.
