Customer service should be Melissa's middle name. I've been working with Melissa for years, to the point where she feels more like a friend, rather than just my "Mercedes point of contact." There is no request too difficult, no question that ever goes unanswered. If everyone had a Melissa Lee to deal with, getting a new car would be the equivalent of a day at the beach, rather than being a b*#@h of a time.
