I had the worst care service evercar rental guys are...

I had the worst care service ever car rental guys are very rude specially Ben this dealer getting worse over years , this is my 6th car from them and will be the last one

2 star,all others 1{one}star..David Rovello was service...

2 star,all others 1{one}star..David Rovello was service advisor for old 2004 mercedes bens..was a recall for 2004 extended warranty for 25 years at No cost. $2,600 .but they charge $180 to check if this was the problem..yes was...then need a tuneup,and samething else and somenthing else..7 days later an a I,am payng for rental car$100 day. car ready $3.750,I ask if after that the car is safety do drive..Davis say Yes No problem...I drovo 1 hour and the car stoped.w/the same problem whe I take my OLD car for service..towing the car back to mercedes bens of paramus..the have to check the problem w/ computer again,another $180 I have to pay,w/2 years warranty for the service...know my car need a starter and set of new Key $250ea. plus maybe something else..just starter abouth$1,000 plus evething else maybe another$1.500???.I decided to towing my car someplace else,especialy in mercedes bens..they fixed my car 1 day.total cost $300 and the car is perfect.217.000 miles and going for another few years..w/older car David look at U like U w/ Not much respect........Parts I give 5 stars, Jason the help when I need parts w/respect..Service luck get 2....parts 5..

Tuneup was made,radiator coolant was made..after $3,750 ,my old car was the same way.....not fixed the problem...''..ignition key is good, and starter had to be change....Yes ,mercedes price key about$200 ea and starter $850....Towed the car to a mercedes mecanic and spende $300..and NO problem any more.....maybe your computer was no working???,,I think all the reviews have to be posted.....Good or Bed......thanks for your feed back.....Sam Mussa. 07/13/2021

also the auxiliary battery mercedes bens of paramus intaled new one...every job was aske i agreed....only the starter a ignition key,a refused to do the job,you know why.?...becouse if I live my old car there , was gonna go on and on..and the dash board still not fixed,warranty 2 years for this job,lets see if your dealer be able to fix?...By the way,,,,my son by his mercedes at your dealer...

waiting for response from my review, If U look my bill ,U see the work was done..,I agreed w/the service.luck me I stoped the only service starter and new key...the odometer still not fixed.....next time if I have 1 week for U guys to checke or fixed ..this job have 2 years warranty..,,maybe if fixed I will give a better review.. thanks ..be up to date w/me
