Jieun Chun was so friendly and made the car buying experience very comfortable and pleasant. She explained everything about the car so well, repeating until I fully understood everything. I could tell that she genuinely wanted me to get the best car at the best price for myself and she didn’t just see me as a customer. She even remained well after her working hours to help me! HORRIBLE! THE SALES STAFF HERE DID THE BAIT AND SWITCH. THE SERVICE WAS VERY POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I PURCHASED A VEHICLE ON MAY 8th AMD OVER ONE MONTH LATER I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE NYS LICENSE PLATES. I STILL HAVE THE TEMPORARY PLATES WHICH EXPIRED JUNE 7. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BY ANY STRETCH OF YOUR IMAGINATION. HORRIBLE
