Frustrating
The experience I had with my recent visit to Paramus Mercedes was not good. Just trying to get a service advisor on the phone was next to impossible. On Monday October 15th i called the service department three times and three times I couldn’t get a live person instead I got a voicemail. One of my issues was with a tire and because I could not get anyone at Paramus Mercedes I had to go elsewhere. A week later I called Paramus Mercedes again for a oil change visit and again I didn’t get a person on the phone. I tried a second time and this someone answered. I was so frustrated at this point I as to speak to the general manager Jason. Someone connected me to his assistant Marie. Marie apologized for the poor service and she scheduled the service appointment and made sure I had a loaner. After I had the loaner in my possession (E300) I proceeded to go to the mall later in the day. While driving the loaner on the highway the car felt like it was braking by itself. I was petrified so I got off at the next exit turned around and went home. The next morning I called the service department again this time the cashier answered the phone. I told him the situation he had me on hold for a minute and then he said bring the car back and we will give you another one. I was beyond angry my weekend was ruined. I just kept the car until they called me to pick mines up. NOT GOOD ! Kathy

Great time
Jeff was great he work with me from finding me a car to the paperwork of the lease to putting me in the car. He also hard everything ready for my exchange of my old car. He also had the tech guy go over the controls of the car and hooked up my phone.i was on my way in no time this was painless. Thank you C. Benson
On the road again
We broke down on a road trip and Scott helped to get us back on the road. We were on vacation and our car got a flat tire. Scott got our tire replaced right away and offered us refreshments while we waited. Thank you so much for the great service.

Oil light was on
Without an appointment i went to the place. The oil light was on, even though they could not fix it the first time, on the same day they took us in again and fixed it for free.

Excellent Purchase Experience.
The Sales Staff were great. I live directly behind the dealership and have come in many times over the past few years, chatting with various sales staff. Everyone was courteous and friendly, beyond what one experiences in most car dealerships. On this purchase, my salesman (David Wong) was able to answer all my questions. He did a thorough review of all the features of the vehicle. He was remarkably familiar with virtually all the features of this vehicle.

Hands down the best
I am a loyal customer of Mercedes bens for 10yrs now. Robert Cocco provided me with the best customer service, showed me all my options and was never pushy. He was able to get me exactly what I was looking for at the best price. My family has also had the pleasure of working with Robb and they are all so happy.
