I live in CT but have gotten all my Benz’s from Andrew Franco at MBENZ of Paramus NJ. The reason being superior pricing, excellent customer service, and attention to detail. The facility is magnificent, both service and sales. I recommend him to friends and family all the time and he never disappoints. Andrew is a pro!!!

I had always had a negative feeling about this dealership when it was Prestige - it just never felt welcoming at all - but, there was a car on the lot I was interested in, so I decided to see if MB Patamus might be any different - I was very happily surprised - the entire staff, but most notably Jieun, was excellent - from finding the right car (ended up not getting the one I had originally seen), through pricing negotiation and closing the transaction, everything was efficient and easy - so nice to have a painless automobile transaction! Jieun was patient (we test drove a bunch) and very very helpful.

I’m sure many people have heard of the dynamic duo, Batman and robin. But the true dynamic duo is David and Tom and Paramus Mercedes Benz. I had an unexpected warning light on my S550 indicating a failure, I call for service and spoke to David Delaney. He told me to bring the car in and not worry about the fact that I didn’t have an appointment. I brought the car to the dealership, met with David and he immediately took care of it while I waited. Upon completing the repair, master technician Tom, came out and advised me as to what was done.
