Not like Prestige Mercedes
I have leased 7 or 8 cars from here. This is the last; at least from this dealership. I leased a 2018 loaner which was a big mistake.

Fantastic Service!
This was by far the best services that I’ve ever received from a car dealership. My agent was very attentive, helpful, and he made sure that all my issues were taken care off before and after the service. He even followed up with me a couple of days following my service to ensure that everything is fine. I highly recommend Paramus dealership

Not what the service used to be
I had scheduled my A2 service only to find out there were no loaner cars available. That has never happened in all the years I have been going to the dealership. When I picked the car up, it was chaos - there was no one at the desk and customers waiting all over the place. The person I dealt with for the repairs (he only called me to tell me what needed to be done to the car) didn't explain anything that was done to the car while it was there for service. I was told I needed 2 tires (which I refused) but he didn't even bother to tell me how long I could go before replacing them. His only concern was me filling out the survey and giving him a good score. I had to call three times to find out when my car would be ready - the first two times I called no one answered and I got a voice mail. I am really disappointed with the service that I received and may consider another dealership for my next service.

Professional and Complete Service
It was a pleasure driving in into the MB Paramus Service Center. Rightaway the concierge took down my details and assigned the service advisor (Ms. Tamara) who requested me to wait inside the lounge (which was the option I had chosen) . She made sure to gave me updates as well as to how the service was progressing and within an hour and a half the service was over and she got the paperwork processed for that. The car came back cleaned and ready to go. I look forward to being there for my 10 thousand mile service session.

Long time for a tire change
The people are good and knowledgeable, but it took over 3 3/4 hours to have a tire checked out and a new tire put on the car. I feel that is a little long of a time to do this job. If there was a problem at the service center they should have said something. They should let people know that they are slow or that the wait will be so long.

Too long and incomplete service
Dropped my car as a walk in. I was told the piece I needed may not be available. That was partially correct. One water seal for the front passenger door was replaced but not the back. I told them I could leave my car and take a loaner as I done in the past for 5 years or so, but was told that was no longer the practice since the owner of the dealership changed from Prestige. I told them the service was not better but worse. Also, It took about four hours to perform the service I needed.

We apologize that the wait was longer than expected and that at the time of your service there was not a loaner car available. In the future we would love to offer a pick and delivery option or a shuttle service so that you would not have to wait at the dealership.
The most Unprofessional dealership that I have ever seen
The most unprofessional dealership I've ever been to in my entire life. A complete disgrace for Mercedes-Benz or any car dealership on that note. Went there today to purchase a 2018 (pre-owned certified) GLE AMG the dealership knew that I was driving an hour to come down and see it and I even spoke to them when I left my home. When I got to the dealership when I got to the dealership to my surprise, the car was not even there, the car was being used by the general manager and no one told me about it. Not only did I sit in the dealership for almost an hour, when the general manager finally decided to show up he did not even come over to introduce himself or apologize for the inconvenience knowing that I was on a limited time frame. Then, I go out to look at the vehicle and the car was literally disgusting. It was not prepped, it was not cleaned. When I open the door there was garbage inside of the vehicle along with soda bottles and water bottles and without any exaggeration the car literally stunk. I looked at the sales person with disbelief as I got into the car. While driving the car and looking at all of the scratches that were throughout the interior. After a useless sales drive on Route 17 for approximately 2 miles in traffic I bring the car back to the dealership and told them that I've seen 5 year old auction cars look better than that vehicle. At that point I told them to clean and detail the car and get it ready for someone to look at and then bring the car up to me since they wasted my entire day. Their response, we don't have a deal on the car yet why would we do that? Again, with disbelief, I explained to the salesman that this car should never have been shown in this condition and that the dealership customer service and management was absolutely disgusting. Please do not think that this is a rant, I have never left a bad review on another business in my life but if you want your time wasted, get a horrible deal on a vehicle, you better know the right questions to ask if you're looking at new, pre-owned or pre-certified or you will end up getting the shaft. This is definitely a buyer beware dealership
