Best car dealer service
When i have to take my car to the dealer it’s always a great experience. It’s not the end of the world because I’m going to be without a car, or i have to wait for hours. The Service department makes is so easy, i leave my car in the morning and due to the great location of the dealer i go to the mall and when i finish my shopping my car is ready. Sometimes i have to loan a car and And i like to drive the new models. The staff is very friendly and they always follow up after the service .

One word.... ZOO
Making an appointment was the most frustrating experiences I ever had with Mercedes/Ramsey. Transfer a calling and call bouncing back several times. Work with a service assistant by the name of Tamar, can't remember her last name. Could not provide details about the service (engine light).... just wasn't satisfied.

Outstanding service
I had an issue with my voice command in my S class. Service manager David Delaney and master mechanic Tom Lotto ensured that the issue was diagnosed and worked diligently to resolve the issues. In addition, Tom spent time with me after the repair was completed to insure that I was satisfied with the repair, outstanding!

Robinson was wonderful. Excellent customer service.he explained everything to our understanding. Good sales bad service
Service is very slow. Waited 30 mins to get a rep’s attention. When I picked up my car it took 45 mins to get it after the bill was settled. Not very efficient. Service elsewhere.

When I came to pick my car up the service was satisfactory.
