Another Hassle-Free Leasing Experience

I just leased my second Honda Pilot through Joe Guzzo, and want to recognize him for once again making my visit to DCH Academy Honda, pleasant, quick, and stress free. Joe is the consummate car connoisseur. Knowledgeable, approachable, and professional, with non of the high-pressure tactics that normally give car sales people a bad name. My two transactions with him have been the two best experiences I've had at any dealership and I've had many in my lifetime. I recommend Joe highly to anyone in the market for a Honda. I'd also like to thank Internet Manager Mark Kamatoy, for quoting me a lease price that was hard to beat without any games, smoke, or mirrors. He worked to make the numbers work for me, and that's what made me a repeat customer. Give these guys a call. You won't be disappointed.

Phenomenal Dealership

Mark was very friendly and helpful in helping me find a new car. I was looking for something perfect for me and something in my price range. Mark was very understanding and was able to cater to all of my needs in buying a new car. He did everything to make sure that I was satisfied. Buying a car from DCH Academy Honda was painless! I was able to purchase a 2015 Honda Accord LX and I'm an extremely happy with it. I wouldn't have been able to do it without a great staff like Mark.

What a Great First Time Experience at DCH Academy Honda!

What a great experience for my daughter to be in a car dealer so she can own/lease a new car for the first time! She's been driving an old Honda Civic since she started driving 4 years ago and the Honda Accord she picked would be her first brand new car. Thanks to three wonderful gentlemen for their excellent service: Mark Kamatoy, Joseph Guzzo and John Nguyen. They were so accomodating and helpful in finding the right car for her. I would definitely recommend this place to families with young adult children looking for a first brand new car.

Quick and Easy

This was my 3rd dealership searching for the elusive 2015 Honda Pilot. I found it here, price was right and my salesman Ron was a stand up, no b/s straight forward guy which made my purchase effortless. Highly recommend Ron and this dealership.

Very good service!

Sam was very nice and patient! He made sure that we had everything we needed to make an informed decision. He also knew what he was talking about and seemed to be an experienced dealer!

Have Veronica help you but your next car!

Veronica was very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. And NORMAL! If you have been looking for a car you know what you can run into at some dealerships. I spoke with a lot of dealers prior to deciding to work with Veronica. We drove over an hour to deal with her because she was that good :) A family car is a big asset and I thank her for her help along the way. Whatever the dealership made on this sale was well-earned by Veronica.

If you are looking for a Honda go see Sam at DCH Academy. He makes getting a new car painless! This is our second car from Sam and we are always very happy!

Excellent Pre-Owned Care Buying Experience with Ed Moy

We had the pleasure of working with Edward Moy when shopping for a pre-owned Honda CR-V. We arrived at the dealer with the intent of just browsing to see what was available when we were approached by Eddie. He listened to what we were looking for and proceeded to show us what was in inventory that met our criteria. At no point in this process he did not try to pressure a sale or up sell us into something we couldn't afford. He even offered to pull up the models we were interested in so my mother wouldn't have be outside too long due to a medical condition. We quickly settled on a CR-V we wanted and the sales process was just as smooth. He made some recommendations on additional options but again did not pressure the up sell. After that he sped us through the paperwork without additional delay. Eddie also made accommodations for payment so we could leave the dealer with the car that day without having to physically return to the dealer later that week.
