I have never felt so at ease making such a large purchase! Veronica had a way of making us feel at such ease. She didn't care that we had to test drive a few different cars or changed our mind a few times. She was patient, friendly and accomidating to our every need. We love our new, pre-owned Acura! Just bought our second car from Joe Guzzo! Both buying experiences were what buying a car should be........fun and exciting rather than the dreaded long drawn negotiations. Joe is honest and does not put any presssureon you as so many other car salespersons would. Not only did Joe make these experiences pleasant but the entire dealership makes you feel welcome as an important customer. Kudos to DCH Academy Honda and more importantly to Joe Guzzo himself I am recomending Joe to anyone I know who may be looking for a car.

I just completed a purchase with DCH after about 5 trips to other Honda dealers. It was tough for me to find a salesman i liked, but Paul finally grew on me. He helped me pick out a CR-V that fit me, and sales process was quick, easy, and i never felt pressured. I'm happy i finally found a dealership and a salesman that were worth my time. Paul even followed up with a a phone call the next day, very nice of him!

This is my forth Honda from DCH Academy Honda. And with each purchase the car buying experience has been wonderful.My sales man Enrique Castaneta was honest and very helpful in ensuring all my requests were met. He took his time to explain the finance process and all my documentation was ready before i arrived to pickup the car. I was done within an hour, and he has called to make sure there have been no issues since my delivery.

This was an excelleng place to get my car! Everybody was so nice and professional it was comfortable :D I was helped by Darile or how everyone there calls her Lily and Terry. Lily helped a lot in the process since it was my first time buying a car and Terry broke down the payment methods and plans easily.
