Great experience!

We just made our 3rd and 4th purchases from DCH on the same night. Seems like no matter where we shop for a car, we always end up at DCH Academy Honda to make the final purchase. They're very helpful and courteous, and their pricing is upfront. Sam Beshay was wonderful to work with. He has very good attention to detail, and walked us through every step with great care. Other dealerships have a lot to learn from these guys. If you're in the market for a Honda, look no further!

Wow! What a pleasant buying experience!

Of all the dealerships we've been to, DCH Academy Honda in Old Bridge ranks in our list as the best. There's a wide variety of cars to choose from whether used or new to suit our needs, but most of all, they take into consideration in meeting the price we can afford! We bought a 2012 Honda Pilot and believe it or not, it is as good as new! I thank the staff for their quality service especially Sanjay Chadda, who's a real nice salesperson to deal with. Sanjay, thank you for making our purchase possible and a pleasant one. You made me and my family so happy and satisfied. To me , when it comes to customer service, you are the best!

Excellent experience

This year our company bought several vehicles from other dealers. We haven't seen any service like this before. In addition to trying his best to help us out the first time we came, he was so nice. We got what we want so quick. We recommend Kadir Karagoz everyone.

Fabulous buying experience!

Gerry and the finance team met my needs. They worked hard to get the best deal for me on the same day. Drove the Civic home just a few short hours after I walked in the door! Bought the Civic for my wife and she was very pleased with the Civic and the deal! Great Job Gerry!

Fantastic Buying Experience!

We recently purchased a 2015 Odyssey EX-L with navigation (we have two other Odysseys) from DCH Academy and first dealt with Mark Kamatoy who gave us the best Internet price in writing with all costs itemized, with no haggling and no hidden costs/fees. In the showroom, Mark greeted us and turned us over to Enrique Castaneta to handle the sale. Enrique allowed both my husband and I to test drive the vehicle and answered all of our questions and was extremely knowledgeable. We purchased the vehicle for the exact price Mark quoted and came back 3 days later and picked up the car! This was a fantastic buying experience and we highly recommend this dealership. We are informed buyers, wanted a no-nonsense/no haggling (let me check with my manager) purchase and appreciated the up front approach of DCH. We would definitely buy another car from this dealership in the future.

Great experience

I recently purchased a 2015 Honda CR-V from DCH Academy and had a wonderful experience. I dealt with Robert Levine who was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process. He treated me with the utmost respect and was upfront, clear and knowledgeable about everything involved with purchasing the vehicle. Despite my arriving late to pickup the vehicle, he did not rush the process at all and stayed well after most had left the dealership to fully explain all features and functions of the vehicle, which was most appreciated. I would highly recommend Robert and DCH Academy for anyone interested in purchasing a Honda.

Worst dealership experience ever- No value for customer time

Bought a honda odyssey in February. went into delaership around 10:00 AM and it took over 6 hours before I was seeing their finance person who sold me hondacare almost at more than the double price it supposed to be. Later when i tried to cancel the hondacare "Rivera Marcus" their business director took months to get a confirmation that it has been cancelled. I had to follow up with him almost every week. Even after that when I called honda care they informed me that they never received any paperwork from dealer. Worst dealership, does not have any value for customer time. I will not recommend this dealer ship to any one.
