Great Service by Great Service Team; Kudos to all
The recent service visit was a great experience for me. I recently moved from west coast Toyota to East Coast Toyota. I was worried about the whole transfer process. I have full coverage on my car and was wondering if they will honour it at this location. But it was very smooth and easy. I could get the service done, and everyone there was very professional and helpful. They were communicating well with me about the service updates. I must say that Geoffrey Suasnavas is an excellent service adviser and was a great help to me. He spoke with me with confidence yet listened to me patiently. The video recording they provided at the end of service has boosted my confidence in the quality of service offered, and a great value add for money.
