Pleasant experience buying Toyota Highlander

Pleasant experience buying Toyota Highlander. I have used Costco Auto program and that made significant difference on my experience at the dealership. I was working with Raymond Simo, Max (Manager)and Freddy from the finance office.

Toyota manhattans are Scammers

the price of the car has change at the time of delivery. I booked a car a month ago, I agreed with the salesman with all details and price. I give him all the requested documents and credit card in order to finish the booking and when time of delivery he told me we are going to add 5000$ plus the agreed amount because the management decided to do so. Imagine that!! I tried to reach out his manger and when I talked to he give me another excuse saying that it’s because you are an international employee . I told him I need to talk to your supervisor, the supervisor tried to give me another silly excuse. I’ve been waiting for more than a month and when the car arrived they want to play the game of monopoly on me. Poor guys.

Still very satisfied

I just decidedly to upgrade my RAV4 and was pleasantly impressed with the service provided by my sales rep,Tatiana Bracht. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She doesn’t engage in hard sell techniques, rather she discovers your needs and practices and orients her approach to satisfying your needs. She has a great time with Kevin, who I have dealt with when we purchased our previous car 4 years ago. So there is continuity of contact and customer service. We are very, satisfied with the entire experience. They have a new location also, which is very customer oriented.

Highly recommended

We have compared many different dealerships before we decided to buy the car with Toyota of Manhattan. The sales consultant Will Howard is very helpful and professional, also Will’s manager, the Internet sales representative Darlenes and the finance guy Jose they all are helpful. we have great experience with this dealership and will definitely refer more friends to them, Again, a big LIKE goes to the best salesman Will Howard, keep the good job!

Toyata Highlander 2018.

Got overcharged, my deal was a very bad deal. I was desperate for a new car and that was my first ever experience with leasing.

Horrible experience/flat out mismanaged

After confirming twice a car was available for viewing and rhen receiving calls from two different vendors to confirm I was coming I decided to visit this dealer.all within a period of 4 hour. What a mistake, I had to wait 30 mins after my appointment while the vendor finished with another client, other vendors where just chatting by the front desk. When I asked if I could see the car in the meanrime I was told no, he had to go with me. We had to Jumpstart the car!. When I asked the price I was told a price 5k above the internet price. When I asked to confirm I was told to wait for the 'manager". Finally after another 30 mins I was told the car was already sold. The listing I saw on internet 4 hours before was quickly removed. What a mess of a dealership

Joel helped us lease a new Prius. He was very attentive, helpful and accessible. He is a credit to the dealership and I highly recommend him.

Crooks and lyers , rude ,unprofessional

I am stuck with this dealership for two month now, no car no refund. When we went there they were nice and promised us a car in two weeks. We dealt with raymond Simor, Mike and Kevin. Every week they said next week, then next week. They showed us two cars and every time they made me sign a contract, they messed with my credit. They promised to call, they never did. I wanted to get a refund 3 times but everytime there was something: financial department closed, the person not here, the car is coming tomorrow. Finally they called us to pick up the car. After 5 hours of waiting, they said the title wasn't there and we cant take a car. And they even made us get insurance. When I said it was taking too long they were rude, and act if they never promised us a car. So now, after paying for car I still haven't get it and getting money back is going to be a problem. I don't understand how Toyota keeps a place like this. We complained to corporate, if they won't help us, i will contact every single media outlet. These guys need to be fired. The most ugliest experience i ever had.
