They committed fraud

They are liars and have committed fraud. Vedel O'Garro and his manager Kevin Primus are both liars, they said they would give me the car with the features we agreed upon, they than had me there for 7 hours giving all sorts of of excuses and runaround meanwhile they had me sign all the paperwork and transfer dmv/insurance details right away. Finally after everything was signed the car was finally delivered and had no leather which I asked for, I asked vedel and he acted as if I never said anything about leather. At this point it’s about 8pm all the paperwork was done and everyone had left for the day to even change anything. Now I find out my contract says 10,000 miles year instead of 12,000 we agreed on. I called Kevin he ignored the seriousness of the matter, didn’t call me back after I called multiple times.. I shouldn’t have to chase after him. At this point I’m bring this up with the district attorneys office and my lawyer. I think they will take them more seriously. These guys are crooks and have no integrity.

Terrible service center rep - Tasha (or Trisha?)

This review is based exclusively on my interaction with a representative of the customer service center named Tasha (or Trisha?). She was extremely rude, lied to me about what the normal processes are at the service center, and kept cutting me off each time I asked a question. She then yelled at me for not getting off the phone sooner even though her lengthy monologues were the reason the phone conversation kept going. Never will visit this service center again because of her.

My experience at Toyota of Manhattan

From the beginning when I arrived at the dealer I was well attended, Mr. Chris and Kevin very friendly, Mr. Becco very helpful and nice but the most that left me shocked was the way Fredi and Tim work, they’re the best Fredi managed with the banks in an incredible way to get me the best loan for financing my vehicle and Tim Tanco is the maximum he explain in detail every features and operation of my new sienna this man is great knows what he talks and can explain things as they are, from the beginning of my experience until the end Tim always helped me, and Mr. Mike from me and from my mother I want to thank him because he behaved like a leader and a gentleman and I want to thank Jeancarlos and Angel are very noble people Desde el principio cuando llegue al dealer fui bien atendido, el senor Chris y Kevin muy amables, el señor Becco muy servicial y agradable pero lo mas que me dejo impactado fue la forma de trabajar de Fredi y Tim son lo mejor Fredi gestiono con los banco de una manera increíble para conseguirme el mejor préstamo para el financiamiento de mi vehículo y Tim Tanco es lo maximo me explico detalladamente cada funcionamiento de mi nueva sienna este hombre es genial sabe de lo que habla y sabe explicar la cosas como son desde el inicio de mi experiencia hasta el final Tim siempre me ayudo, y el señor Mike de parte mia y de mi madre quiero darle las gracias porque se comporto como todo un líder y un caballero y quiero darle la gracias a Jeancarlos y Angel son personas muy nobles

buying a car and asking for down payment refund

They are super nice when you go in to keep you there, but you experience problems throughout the buying process and god help you if you don't buy something. I almost bought a car with them and after spending two days and ready to send the funds, they said the car is sold. When I was intending to buy another car, I was pushed to a higher interest rate loan instead of the best offer... In the end, I bought a car at a different dealership... so I asked my refundable deposit back that should take 2 days according to the dealer. I am still waiting for my refund after 3 weeks and every time I call the dealer or manager is not available and never call back. I rarely write reviews and try to be positive when reading negative once, but I alert you in this case: PLEASE RUN FAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

Excellent Service!!!

I went to the dealer to get a new car and Franklin and Kevin were awesome, they helped me with different options and workout to satisfied my demands. Thank you very much for all this guys. This is the third car I got from them. Alway is a pleasure to see you guys again. Very friendly people and honest.

Louis Rodriguez

I was totally impressed with the overall experience I received at the Toyota dealership in the city. As soon as I walked in I felt the VIP treatment. Mr. Rodriguez gave me full information on what I was looking to buy and even gave me advice on what he thought was best for me overall being that now my kids are grown and out of the house. The salesperson was exceptional . He was very informational about what he was selling he was selling. He made you feel welcome and comfortable. He was very patient and understanding about my concerns. The manager was understanding and considerate.

Best online experience ever!!

I barely finished with my inquiry when I received a video from Tabitha explaining about the vehicle and what the dealership had to offer. She explained that I didn't have to travel to the dealer and sit in traffic and that she would bring the car to my home or office. I had to go down to meet these wonderful people. I LOVE my FJ. These people are the best!!
