I just bought my first Infiniti, a fully loaded QX56. I have been buying cars for the last 25 years and I have never had such an extraordinary experience. The General Manger was extremely knowledgeable and service oriented. He had such a genuine attitude and it was evident that he loves his work and is very committed to the success of this dealership. There was no detailed left, any question was answered at my full satisfaction, any inquired resolved and every expectation met. I have already spoken to all my friends and family so they come to this dealership to buy or exchange their cars. The salesman, Carlos, was also immensely helpful and committed. He personalized the experience and the quality of the service was the highest. Germain Infiniti of Bonita Springs can be called the Ritz Carlton of the dealerships and the main reason is because of the leadership, commitment, knowledge and customer focus philosophy of Miguel Perez, the General Manger.
