My new Q50

I went to Bonita Springs Infiniti this summer to test drive the new Q50 and thanks to the amazing staff and my salesman Anthony, I immediately fell in love with the car! The whole car buying process was quick and painless from negotiations all the way through finance. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car!

Apprehensive car buyer

I started out using Cars.com to locate my car, after finding it, what I thought would be that horrible experience we all go through buying a car would begin. To my surprise it was flawless, I did all of my negotiations through email with Anthony, he was quick, professional and most of all understanding! He listened to everything I said and I cannot begin to say how easy the process was!! After coming to a number we both liked I made the trip to Bonita Sorings Infiniti, met Anthony face to face, again he was most professional and the entire event took less than 90 minutes from beginning to end!! That was how buying a car was supposed to be...BSI is great and the staff was fantastic! I'll always recommend them to anyone who asks about a great and painless car buying experience!! Great Service

Jaime and Joe did a great job helping me lease my 2016 Infiniti Q50. They went above all of my expectations to make sure I was in the best vehicle for me. They even allowed me to come in the following day so they could take the time to explain all the car's features. Great cars, great people, great experience!

Taking Care of Business

This dealership is such a class act. All aspects of doing business with them has been hassle free. I found Joe Parisi (owner/general manager) to be fair, professional and a customer service advocate. Three years after purchasing a high end pre-owned car from them, I was stopped for illegal window tinting that the previous owner had put on the car. When I contacted Mr. Parisi about my plight, he agreed to take care of it for me. My car now has legal window tinting and all thanks go to him. It may seem like a small gesture but I have to wonder, how many businesses would have stepped up to the plate. Thanks again.

I bought another SUV at Bonita Springs Infiniti

I just bought another SUV from GM Joe Parisi at Bonita Springs Infiniti. After leasing a FX-37 (now the QX-70) for three years, I turned that in and am now leasing the new QX-60. It is a great roomy car for tall guys like me. Plenty of room in the cargo are for dogs and golf clubs, while still transporting four large adults.. Great vehicle. The buying process and the customer care at vehicle service are both superior. Negotiating the sale is always stress-free and very fair. I leave feeling that I have achieved high value for my purchase, Thanks again Joe Parisi and Bonita Springs Infiniti. You are building a very loyal customer in me.

Friendly Sales and Service

I have now leased two vehicles from this dealership in the past few years. The sales team is helpful, understanding, and even through negotiations they do not ever become pushy as many car dealerships and salespeople tent to do. I went to have my car serviced yesterday and as a package that the dealership offers, I get my oil changed for fee for 2 years. I also asked for my tires to be rotated which is a $20 service. When it came time to pay, Wendy said she had taken care of it and I had no balance. Obviously $20 isn't huge but I thought it was a very nice gesture and highly appreciated.

Great "No Pressure" Buying Experience

My lease on my JX35 was coming up in September. I knew we wanted/needed to get a sedan due to aging family members having difficulties getting in and out of the SUV. When we went in on Saturday just to look, I wasn't planning on trading in my SUV then and there. We have always had great service at Bonita Springs Infiniti, but salesman Brian made it even more fantastic. He was patient as we kept bouncing back and forth on different vehicles because there were too many great ones to choose from but then ultimately deciding on the Q70L. Brian was intuitive enough to know when to give us time to talk privately and also understood what are needs, wants, and demands were. It was my second time having great experiences at this dealership and I highly recommend it to anyone. By the way, we are blown away by the luxurious drive of our new Q70L. Amazing.

Excellent!

I recently leased a QX60 from Bonita Springs Infiniti. The entire experience was one of the best I had in dealerships. The dealership was clean, friendly, and very non chaotic like some others that I have went into. All the people were all smiles and very courteous. Mr. Preston Reeder, sales manager that I dealt with at the dealership was professional, accommodating, courteous, and very non-pushy (dealership jargon). Also, he was quiet knowledgeable about the car too. Professionals like him are slowly changing the stigma attached to car buying, and making it a pleasant process. He understands that he is a consumer too at other facets of life, and I was treated very well. Mr. Gerosky Sainvil, and Ms. Corri Kolling were top notch too.
