Great all around experience!
I recently leased a QX60 from Bonita Springs Infiniti. The entire experience was one of the best I had in dealerships. The dealership was clean, friendly, and very non chaotic like some others that I have went into. All the people were all smiles and very courteous. Mr. Preston Reeder, sales manager that I dealt with at the dealership was professional, accommodating, courteous, and very non-pushy (dealership jargon). Also, he was quiet knowledgeable about the car too. Professionals like him are slowly changing the stigma attached to car buying, and making it a pleasant process. He understands that he is a consumer too at other facets of life, and I was treated very well. Mr. Gerosky Sainvil, and Ms. Corri Kolling were top notch too.

New Infiniti Q50 purchased February, 2016
My wife was looking for a new automobile because her lease was coming up on another model. She had looked a large number of luxury cars and decided on an Infiniti Q50, because of it's appearance and positive reviews by various magazines and trade journals. She met with Bryan Neitz a certified sales consultant. Selected a the model she was interested in an took it for a test drive. After that sat down with the sales representative and was able to negotiate the price very quickly with the approval of the sales manager Preston Reeder. The dealership personnel treated her very professionally and made it a painless rewarding experience. There was no high pressure or game playing in the purchase of the product. She was very pleased the way the dealership has treated her. Would recommend them to future buyers of a product from this dealership.

Jaime Rodriguez was the best.
Jaime was the main reason I kept coming back. He was kind, thoughtful and answered all my questions with easy to understand responses . This was my third Infinite from this dealer and it's mainly due to the best cars sold by the best sales people. The sales manager is also good. No heavy handiness

I have purchased a few car from different deals hips over the years, but Bonita Springs Infiniti is bye far the best experience I've ever had.I Delt with Jamie Rodriguez he was very friendly and professional. He made me feel at home and not pressuring me to buy. Now I did end up buying and he handled the purchase very fast and efficiently. They really do try to go the extra mile with pricing and especially with service. The General Manager, Joseph is also easy to work with. I can see the kind of respect and camaraderie the staff has with him. Which makes perfect sense as to why my experiences here has always been great. I can finally trust buying a car without being stressed. They are good group of people where I feel secure doing business with them.
