Exceptional service, professional staff
This was my second experience with Bonita Springs Infiniti and, once again, they surpassed my expectations. Our sales consultant, Jaime Rodriguez, and his manager, Preston Reeder, were a pleasure to work with. Throughout the entire process, Jaime was attentive and worked very hard to get me a deal I was comfortable with. His follow-up has been great and I am extremely pleased with my new vehicle. I would highly recommend Jaime as well as the dealership to anyone considering the purchase or lease of a new or pre-owned Infiniti.

My husband and I walked into the Bonita Springs Infiniti showroom to discuss extending our road side service and walked out leasing a new Infiniti. Bryan Neitz and Preston are true professionals- both honest, extremely knowledgable and gained the trust of their client without ANY pressure. Highly recommend this dealership. Delighted relocating showroom to Naples by year end. Michael Licciardi reviewed our financing; providing thorough understanding of financing etc. Again, no pressure, friendly and quite professional. Bryan also provided a detailed overview on auto operation. Best auto purchase experience ever!

Great buying experience
Came in not exactly sure what I wanted. I had a lot of questions about different models. Bryan was excellent with answering all my questions. Very patient. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.

Infiniti QX60
I leased a 2015 QX60 on July 26 2015 and couldn't be more pleased with the overall experience, driven mostly by the work of Jaime Rodriguez. Nothing like test-driving cars in the worst rain the area has seen in a long time to know that you're driving a safe car. Thanks to all at Bonita Springs Infiniti for making what can be a horrible experience a very pleasant one.

Nothing is impossible
I am 40 years old and I could not begin to know how many cars I have bought in my lifetime. I decided to lease an Infiniti 2 years ago. Well that lease came due this week. I was relocated from PA to FL for work last year so that meant several trips back and forth over the last year and a ton of miles racked up on my lease. I resigned myself to the fact that once the lease was up I had no choice but to buy the vehicle. I was 45,000 miles over the lease. Yes you read that right. When I spoke to Preston and Mike and told them I had no choice but to buy the vehicle they would not accept that for an answer. Both went to bat for me and worked as hard as they could to work with me in turning that vehicle in and leasing a new vehicle. When I say they went above and beyond their duty as a professional, that would be an understatement. They set me up with Gerosky as my sales rep and all three of them treated me with such respect and understanding that I will forever be a client of Bonita Springs Infiniti. I drove off the dealership yesterday with a new vehicle and turned in my old lease that was out of warranty and left with a fair payment and more miles on this new lease to ensure that I will not be in the same position again when this lease ends. I can not sing this dealerships praises enough. The owner of this dealership needs to know that these gentlemen he or she employs are the best car professionals I have ever dealt with in my lifetime. I have purchased vehicles from Subaru's up to Range Rovers at various dealerships and not one of those can hold a candle to Bonita Springs Infiniti and their employees that make the experience an absolute delight and ease. Once again thank you. If you are planning on purchasing or leasing a vehicle soon, do yourself a favor and stop by Bonita Sorings Infiniti, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
