WOW! Amazing

This was an amazing experience. I have leased and bought many cars in my lifetime but have never been treated as well as I was at Bonita Infiniti. Michael Licciardi worked out a deal for me to trade in my 2012 G37 for a 2015 in such a way that I felt I was cheating him. As professional as he was , he turned me over to Gerosky Saivil, who continued the outstanding sale. I left quickly with a smile on my face, a new 2015, and money in my pocket. Highly recommended.

Exemplary Sales & Service

On a recent visit to Bonita Springs Infiniti to have my Model FX35 serviced, I spent a few minutes in their showroom and met Jaime Rodriguez, one of their sales representatives. Mr. Rodriguez introduced himself and showed me several of their new 2015 models. Within two days, I had traded in my 2009 Model FX35 and purchased a new 2015 Model QX60. Mr. Rodriguez along with his sales manager made the transaction seem seamless. I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a new or used Infiniti that you visit this dealership. There was no pressure in purchasing a new car as they were more concerned about my needs and making me happy as a customer. Thanks again to the sales and service team at Bonita Springs Infiniti, Bonita Springs, FL.

very pleased

I just purchased a 2012 Infiniti M37, my sales consultant was Jaime Rodriguez. What a terrific job he did. He was very knowledgeable, he answered all my questions. A pleasant Experience

I was in seach for a second vehicle when the dealer posted on their web page one of the rarely available cars on my short list. I contacted the dealer, arranged for an inspedtion and a test drive. Anthony M. the sales professional I worked with was helpful with the features of the vehicle and made the purchase a pleasant experience. The after sale follow-up was greatly appreciated.

Great experience with Jaime Rodriguez

My wife Arlet and I where shopping around for a QX60 for the last month. My parter call me and mentioned about his excellent experience with Bonita Springs Infiniti mainly with the lead professional sales representative in charge Jaime Rodriguez. After a couple of phone calls I realized that Jaime was not only a car salesman but a confident person who will do everything possible to find and cover his customer needs in the most effectively and enjoyable way. Leasing our car at Bonita Springs Infiniti was a great experience and we will not hesitate to continue buying our cars at the dealership under Jaime's advisor. In Fact the whole experience including the dealership, financing, environment, receptionist and everybody involved in the transaction created on us a sense of loyalty to Jaime and the dealership and we will be happy promote this experience between our friends and any people looking for cars. We highly recommend Bonita Springs Infinity

My wife and I highly reommend Bonita Springs Infinity for both sales and servie. Our purhasing experiene there was more than pleasant. We were met by prompt, professional personnel who answered all of our questions and allowed us to look at the vehicles we were interested in. The atmosphere is relaxed and condisive to a positive shopping experience. Great people and fast turn around.

Bryan was a great help without the stereo typical salesperson nagging and constant messages. He let me know when something came in that I showed interest in, he let me know and was quick to answer any of my questions. Even after hours. Look forward getting my next infiniti from them soon as I can!

Sales Consultant Jaime Rodriguez

It was such a pleasure to visit Bonita Springs Infiniti met Preston Reeder Sales Manager and Sales Consultant Jaime Rodriguez who thru his efforts got just what we needed in a QX60 2015. His professionalism, and attention to detail made it such a pleasant experience. It took at least 3 hours of paperwork which we did not even noticed. He went an extra mile for us to leave that day with our new vehicle I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase or lease an Infiniti, specially if you are lucky enough to work with Jaime Rodriguez

Awesome experience of getting a great car.

It took only one visit and one phone call before I got to drive away my new QX60. The sales team is super nice, highly professional, polite and everybody goes the extra mile to accommodate a client. The process was fast, easy with no hidden agenda. I will recommend this dealership in Bonita Springs to everybody!
