Easiest car buying experience

Just bought a QX60 on 7/24/2015. I have had two Infiniti's before and loved both of them, so needed a little bit more room and went with the QX60. I have had many cars in my life, and this is by far the Best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Hats off to Trevor may sales guy and the sales manager Preston. This is the only way to purchase a vehicle! If you are looking for a luxury vehicle, I would highly recommend talking to Bonita Springs Infiniti!!

Nothing is impossible

I am 40 years old and I could not begin to know how many cars I have bought in my lifetime. I decided to lease an Infiniti 2 years ago. Well that lease came due this week. I was relocated from PA to FL for work last year so that meant several trips back and forth over the last year and a ton of miles racked up on my lease. I resigned myself to the fact that once the lease was up I had no choice but to buy the vehicle. I was 45,000 miles over the lease. Yes you read that right. When I spoke to Preston and Mike and told them I had no choice but to buy the vehicle they would not accept that for an answer. Both went to bat for me and worked as hard as they could to work with me in turning that vehicle in and leasing a new vehicle. When I say they went above and beyond their duty as a professional, that would be an understatement. They set me up with Gerosky as my sales rep and all three of them treated me with such respect and understanding that I will forever be a client of Bonita Springs Infiniti. I drove off the dealership yesterday with a new vehicle and turned in my old lease that was out of warranty and left with a fair payment and more miles on this new lease to ensure that I will not be in the same position again when this lease ends. I can not sing this dealerships praises enough. The owner of this dealership needs to know that these gentlemen he or she employs are the best car professionals I have ever dealt with in my lifetime. I have purchased vehicles from Subaru's up to Range Rovers at various dealerships and not one of those can hold a candle to Bonita Springs Infiniti and their employees that make the experience an absolute delight and ease. Once again thank you. If you are planning on purchasing or leasing a vehicle soon, do yourself a favor and stop by Bonita Sorings Infiniti, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Jaime Rodriguez....AMAZING!!!!

I would just like to say that although I did not buy a car at the Bonita Springs Infiniti, I would like to take their salesman, Jaime Rodriguez, to any car dealership I buy a car from and have him as my salesman. He was the most courteous, comfortable,respectful, intelligent, super helpful salesman I have EVER met. I wanted to buy the car because of him. If all car salesmen could be like Jamie A LOT more sales would happen. Bonita Springs Infiniti is SUPER lucky to have such a wonderful addition to their team! Can't say enough good things about Jaime.. he definitely is a stand out salesman!!!!! By the way, I rarely write reviews..but Jaime was that impressionable I had to let everyone know how truly great he is!

Great Experience!!

Came in looking for a car to fit my needs. Wanted something that I could haul my Kayaks with and still want to pull up to the valet for dinner! The QX60 fit the bill!

Best car buying experience!

My husband and I were dreading car shopping because of the usual obvious reasons. I saw a vehicle I was interested in thru Cars.com and emailed Bonita Springs Infiniti. Within minutes I had received a phone call from Jaime Rodriguez and made an appointment to see the vehicle that same evening. We had no intentions of buying the vehicle, since we were just starting to look. We ended up buying the vehicle. I never imagine having such an easy and pleasant car buying experience.
