I stopped by Bonita Springs Infiniti to learn more about a few cars. I was not yet ready to buy, but wanted to begin the search process. I was assisted by Jamie Rodriguez. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He has also offered more information after my visit. I would definitely go back to this dealer, and I look forward to doing business when I am ready.

Excellent experience!

Great experience!

Professional and helpful

I live over 100 miles away and Preston made the purchase very smooth! He did everything to get me the best rate possible. From the moment I arrived they made you feel at home and comfortable. One for the thumb

It's is the end of our 4th infiniti lease, yes we are going for 5! Made the phone call ,ask to test drive new model that afternoon and the price range I wanted to be in. Sales staff and Preston Reed sales manager made it happen. What a relaxed atmosphere. The next visit with my wife to test drive the car. Joe Parisi general manager meets with us again . We are now Team Infiniti, again. The salesperson Jamie Rodriquez is so knowledgeable on the latest options and engineering (we cannot wait to get (her) home). Delivery was spot on ,awesome. All of the above personally made us feel so comfortable with our decision. Will we be back in three years? BEAT you there.

a really good car-buying experience! (pretty rare, right?)

Our last two vehicles were Lexus & Acura...this is our first Infiniti. Had just stopped in to look. Can truly say that this rather spontaneous purchase was made only because of our salesperson, Antoine Kirnon. His style is very "consultative" and not high pressure-- he helped us to BUY the car, rather than SELL it to us! Bob Fredeen, Business Manager with many years of luxury auto experience, handled all purchase paperwork in simple, quick, clean, 1-2-3 fashion. Made first service appointment with Brittany Blanchet, fresh out of university and full of personality, energy and enthusiasm. If "people" make a dealership what it is, think we'll be very happy here!

Great experience

I was looking for an Infiniti EX 35 and found the car online. I sent an e-mail stating that I was interested and immediately heard back from Preston Reeder the Sales Manager. Preston referred us to Jaime Rodriguez who also contacted me immediately and set up a time to see the car. The car was in great condition. Jaime went out of his way to make sure that I was 100% happy with the car. I had planned to look at several other cars before making my decision but the service was so outstanding and Jaime was so professional that I decided immediately that I wanted that car and to do business with this dealership. I have had my car for a week now and couldn't be happier. Jaime has been in contact to ensure that everything was going well. I know that if I have any questions or concerns all I need to do is call Jaime for assistance. I would highly recommend Preston, Jaime, and this dealership to anyone.

So easy, So clean

I have bought a lot of cars in the past and there is nothing I hate more than sitting at the dealership. I received an email from Preston the sales manager. We corresponded a few times No Games,, No Pressure just provided me the info I needed. While his competition was constantly calling me trying to get me to come in. When I walked into the dealership the deal was done Preston had worked everything out just had to sign. I even texted him my DL and IC to speed thngs up. First Class Service. Thanks Preston!
