This dealership makes you feel right at home

The salesman Antoine was very professional & knowledgeable The sales manager Preston was also very knowledgeable, professional & managed the deal to perfection. The service writer Brian is always courteous & helpful the head mechanic James is the most knowledgeable and helpful mechanic that i have ever come across. The managing partner, Joe has a completely open door policy & his knowledge, courteousness & professionalism filters down to each & every employee. My last Infiniti dealership was in NJ & owned by a good friend, so needless to say I was treated very well. My experience at Bonita Springs Infiniti was exactly the same. I have owned over 60 cars in my lifetime & have never come across a dealership that is so friendly & makes you feel like its your home away from home.

Mike and Melanie - you will not find better.

It is a pleasure to tell you how wonderful a person Mike Robbins is. I've now purchased 2 cars from him and it was because of the first experience that brought me back a second time. The second time was just as good and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car. I've had lots of experiences with buying, selling, trading cars (like many people) and have had many good experiences, yet, Mike tops them all. He is forthcoming, he listens, he advises, he doesn't push, he researches and shares data . . . He provides what every car dealer should - a true customer focused experience. And that isn't all - once you buy or lease from him he continues to provide you the services that you need and makes it easy. He never seems to mind, no matter the question or the need. Look no further, call Mike Speaking of "after you purchase or lease," let me add another wonderful person you'll love - Melanie Perry. She is the go-to service person and you'll love her. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Melanie makes the whole service experience as painless as it can be. She works with you on scheduling, makes recommendations for what should be done, and goes out of her way to make it all as easy for the customer as it can be. I am delighted to have such a trustworthy service person with whom I have no worries. You'll love having your service done there. I find them so good, and Melanie so accommodating, that I even take my BMW to them. While they are an Infiniti dealer, I was as pleased with the work she managed on my BMW as I was my original BMW service folks in North Carolina - and that is high praise. You'll love Melanie.

A plus dealership

First ,everyone is exceptional they are friendly, knowledgeable and I have gotten fantastic deals on my Infiniti. Melanie Perry is my service advisor and she is really an asset to the company. She is ALWAYS cheerful,helpful and makes sure everything is done on time.I really can't say enough about her. Bonita Springs Infiniti will have my business for years to come.

Amazing Experience

I have purchased 16 cars in the last 18 years, needless to say I have dealt with many dealerships. I decided to buy my first Infinity and started by researching dealerships within a 300 mile range. I visited a couple of lots and they were "fine" and I also communicated with several other dealerships via the internet and phone. None of the dealerships blew me away. Well that was until I met Mike Robbins from Bonita Springs Infinity. Mike was Fantastic! He went out of his way to answer my questions, to get me the best price for my trade and make sure that the QX70 was the right fit for me. The employees truly work as a TEAM at Bonita Springs Infinity. With the help of Preston and Michael in the finance department I am loving my 2015 QX70! Thank you Mike Robbins and the rest of the team at Bonita Springs Infinity for making this the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had!

Fantastic Dealership
