2014 Infinity QX60 Lease
Mike Robbins is an exceptional salesman! He is extremely knowledgable, professional, friendly and courteous. He really took the time to make sure I chose the right vehicle and all the details regarding the lease were explained in great detail. Lowest lease price of all the luxury SUV's I looked at over Memorial Day Weekend. Delivery of my new vehicle was the BEST I've ever had! Mike really explained all the features in great depth and made sure that if I needed follow up regarding any question I might have I should call him anytime.. Love my new car!! Great Experience with Used Car Purchase
My experience with Infiniti of Bonita Springs was very good. I found a Lincoln I was interested in on the Internet. The very next morning, I got a call from Mike, offering me a showing of the car. I was planning on driving there (a two hour drive) later that morning. Mike said he would be ready for me. When I arrived, the car was ready for me, and Mike was standing next to it. After a short test drive, Mike asked a co-worker to get me an estimate on my current car for a trade in value. In an hour, we had a deal, even though I did not have the title with me. The trust shown me was outstanding. I drove away in my newly purchased Lincoln, approximately two hours after arriving...I received trade in vale on my car, and the newer Lincoln was sold to me at trade in value, also. It was a very good experience overall. Since my purchase, Mike has kept in touch with me and answered any questions I have had since. I was very impressed with Mike and with Infiniti of Bonita Springs!! Allan Olsen

Great Buying Experience
My wife and I visited the dealership to look at the 2014 QX80 with really no intention to buy that day. We were greeted by Scott Freeman, and Scott walked through the various features of the vehicle and went out of his way to explain everything to us. We ended up going on a test drive and were sold on the vehicle. We traded in a 2010 Nissan Armada and feel we received a great deal on both the trade and the new vehicle purchase. On the finance side, Scott Holderman was very helpful as well and went through everything with us in great detail. Finally, we were visited on more than one occasion by the owner/GM, Joe Parisi, to make sure we were satisfied and got the best deal. Overall, this was a great experience and we would highly recommend Bonita Springs Infiniti to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Quite honestly, this was one of the best car-buying...
Quite honestly, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. Preston and John were outstanding to deal with. We were not sure which model worked best for our family, so they let us test drive one model for 3 days before making our decision. They offered us a great deal on our trade, and also on the car we were buying. There was no "haggling" needed as they really made a very fair offer right from the start. This sales team is really building a great reputation for themselves. They're working extremely hard to make sure every customer that walks in the door has a great experience, and they're doing a great job at it. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and would gladly purchase another vehicle from them!

Best car buying experiance that I have ever had!
Today my wife and I had just bought the new QX60 from Preston Reeder at Infiniti of Bonita Springs. Let me start off my saying that this is the 23rd vehicle that I have owned. Naturally these days when purchasing a vehicle from a dealer you are concerned on how you will be treated. Or what games you will have played with you.We have all had our horrible experiences. Most of the vehicles that we have bought from a dealer, the sales person doesn't care about your wants/needs. They just care about power closing you and sending you down the road not even knowing your first name. Before you know it you are asking yourself, what just happened? With Preston Reeder/Bonita Springs Infiniti, my wife and I were absolutely blown away on the personal customer service. I say personal because even though they have several customers that they are trying to please at once, they make you feel as if you are their only customer and only concern. First question we were asked. What are your wants and needs? From then on it was the red carpet all the way.Then the sales person not only was extremely knowledgeable on his product but made sure that we were completely familiar with all the options on the vehicle.And showing us what vehicle would fit our budget and needs the best. Every sales person made sure to say hello. The receptionist was even extremely professional. The General Manager took the time from his day to come over and say hello and thank us for stopping in. I don't have enough wonderful things to say about this dealership and our car buying experience. Dont go to a dealership where they will play the if I could/would you game. Go to this dealership where they hire automotive professionals and be treated right.
