⸻ The first thing I noticed when I walked into the building was how nice it smelled, and the temperature was just right—not too hot, not too cold—absolutely perfect. Harry, the salesman with the cleanest mustache I’ve ever seen, greeted us with a big smile and made us feel instantly welcome. He was a joy to work with and then introduced us to Mike, who continued the excellent experience. Together, they made the process a true pleasure and even introduced me to the pickup truck of my dreams! I truly enjoyed the service, and most importantly, I love the vehicle I purchased that day. It was a wonderful experience working with them. Thank you both!

Harry was a fantastic salesman! Very easy to get along with and quite knowledgeable despite the fact this was his first week at Mini. Quality guy, he even called his wife to remember the name of a new ice cream place in Clayton that he highly reccomended. Best car buying experience I've ever had. If you plan to get a mini, ask for Harry- make sure you talk to him about food too!

Tires had trouble one nail and one bubble.
Tires had trouble one nail and one bubble. I would think that the bubble would be covered under warranty but no I had purchased insurance the tires. So that covered it. Also I had lost for no apparent reason the cover of my gas cap (white body part) not covered. It disappeared by magic but my problem not MIni's so I have to seek another avenue to replace a part that apparently rell off. So my upset is not with the car this time but with the responsibility that Mini takes for the car (on lease) I think I'm done after more than 20 years with Mini the fun is gone and the greed has surfaced.
