I like how they show the video of the work that they do on your vehicle . I like the fast service. What i don't like is my vehicle isn't repaired.

You buy a car because you love it and/or you get an outstanding deal. You keep it because of the service department. This is my second Mini and was purchased because I knew from first-hand experience that their service department is the best I've ever dealt with for over 60 years of new cars. Scott and Steve are absolutely the best! They always accommodate my needs, are friendly, and have zero pressure to buy anything. These two gentlemen are the sole reason I continue to drive a Mini ... and will do so as long as they are in place.
