I was here two years ago and had a very bad experience. I was shocked that it was $200 just to look at my car .this time but they gave me a loaner car for no extra charge and that made it okay. I feel they have gotten better and the associate Steve who helped me was really great. He laid out what my car needed and helped me put together a plan so that I could afford to do the work. The paperwork you sign at the end is a bit much and I think they could highlight each cost a bit better so when I got home I could explain it more easily. But overall it was a better experience and I appreciate that they cleaned my car as well.

This is a professionally run, no-pressure, pleasant environment where a single woman (or anyone) could feel comfortable seeking out honest, down-to-earth, yet knowledgeable and top of the line service, whilst shopping for a vehicle and/or during the process of purchasing one. I felt safe, heard and taken care of when I recently made a pre-owned car purchase at Mini of St Louis.

Scott Thompson is the very best. He explains the issue in detail and in layman’s terms. He is accessible and quite knowledgeable. Mini is lucky to have him. I have dealt with other service technicians who cannot tell me about the issues, much less explain them, so I always reach out to Scout Thompson.
