The video from the mechanic explaining what needed to be repaired or what to watch for was very helpful in understanding the issues with the vehicle. The repair included an extended warranty repair that I was not aware of.

Had a great experience purchasing my first MINI thanks to Motoring Advisor, DeAnna Gossman! With everyone juggling holiday schedules, she had fellow Motoring Advisor, Dustin Summers, fill in to accommodate my schedule when she was not available … greatly appreciated. Transitions from DeAnna to Dustin to DeAnna were seamless. MINI uses the title “Advisor” … a perfect description!
