I love MINI St.
I love MINI St. Louis. Our battery died in the cold weather and even though they were booked solid they got us in and had the battery changed in just a couple of hours. They are great at communicating and are just an awesome place! Erika was super helpful and answered all of our questions. We'll always take our MINI there.

AWESOME!! The best service provider I’ve dealt with in years, both Stateside and abroad. The service team at Mini of STL are always at the top of their game. I know my Mini is in great hands when they service it, and I’m going to be safe when driving because of their thorough attention to detail and expertise. From making the service appointment to check-in and check-out, then the follow up to make sure all is well, you can’t get any better service than that. Genuine great and honest service. Professional to the utmost. I won’t take my Mini any where else!!

Clean, inviting dealership. Worked with Sam on the vehicle sale and couldn’t have had a better experience. Sam was very responsive without being overbearing. Will be going back to him in the future. Holly made the financing/purchase process smooth and efficient. Importantly (to me), they told me they needed 45 minutes to finalize the purchase and they stuck to their word. Even ended up being a little shorter than that. Best experience I’ve had.
