I personally love mini of st.Louis for their personal customer customer service to their customers, I have been in the mini family for 5 years now and I really do feel like family there. Today I needed an emissions check to get re-registration
Today I needed an emissions check to get re-registration for my vehicle my mini Cooper I did not have an appointment, but I pulled into the service window and within minutes they were assisting me in my need. The service manager was courteous and escorted me to their waiting room where I had a nice latte and waited about 40 minutes for my mini Cooper to be, checked out I am so glad to be a client and a customer of this dealership. They are excellent and their customer service is the best!

They are alway super thorough and helpful. They make sure I know and understand everything they are doing when it comes to caring for my MINI. I love the videos that they provide. They have a nice waiting area and always make sure we are comfortable while waiting on service.

Great customer service. Steven Pfeiffer was very courteous and explained everything in detail for me to understand. The repair took a little longer than expected due to warranty peoples response. I was given a loaner and by the end of the next day my car was ready. Great experience and I will definitely recommend this dealership. Loved the loaner car very much. Loved the video of my car.
