Very good experience.

This dealership is tops in ever way!

This dealership is tops in ever way! The staff are happy people who love their work. They go out of their way to take care of my Mini. The lounge is comfortable with a great espresso machine and snacks. It is great fun to look at all the minis on the show room floor. I have had three leased minis and buying my current one. The hardest part is picking the color! These are really great automobiles. Stop in and have some fun!

My wife’s and my experience with mini of St.

My wife’s and my experience with mini of St. Louis has been very poor. The salesmen did not want her to buy the John copper works model was, the start to poor experience. The first time she brought it in for an oil change they didn’t want her to get the oil changed. They said it was too soon. She had to say my husband wants it changed. So then it was ok then. Same thing happened the Next visit. Had tires replaced tech cleaned wheel off with brake cleaner didn’t wipe it off it stained the wheel finish. This visit. Wanted oil changed and coolant changed. They refused to change the coolant. Said it was lifetime coolant and Mini does not approve it. We own the car not BMW Mini. I own multiple vehicles with 200k miles and 20 plus years old. The extended service intervals cause Premature failures, causing you to buy a new car. Plus when she calls to make the appointment and brings the car in. They don’t call her to the cashier counter they call my name. I used to work in the service department of many dealerships. The service advisor would go to the waiting area get the person who brought the vehicle in and take them to the cashier and explain the bill to them and make sure they where satisfied with the service they received. The dealerships I worked at where lower end brands. Mini’s are neat cars. They are the one and only Mini dealer in St. Louis and is poor in our opinion. We are stuck with them. it’s not like most other brands where there is other dealers in town. Disappointed with the overall experience

We are sad to read this review, as our only intention is to put our customers interests first and sometimes that means above our own. Our Service Manager spoke with this customer on the phone after the service and explained to him about MINI conditioned base service. He did not seem to know this CBS maintenance concept and we offered to show him how it works and what information is displayed and what MINI recommends for maintenance intervals. The intervals are set by the manufacturer, and we follow those recommendations. We never try to deny customer their requested service but we do inform them that their MINI may not need a service yet as shown on their CBS data. The service may be an out-of-pocket expense which most customers then decline. we explained to the customer that MINI does not recommend a coolant flush under any CBS data and that the fluid does not carry a flush interval per this maintenance data. We would only be performing a drain and fill of the system as MINI has not provided or recommended a flush machine that would be suitable for our coolant systems. I informed the customer that we would rather not open the system and introduce new coolant if we cannot replace all the old coolant. If we are repairing a failed component, this repair would then require coolant replacement per a MINI repair procedure. We base our maintenance on the condition-based service intervals that MINI recommends. The vehicle has 30k miles on it and I would not recommend flushing the coolant anyway. It is a longlife coolant and exchanging it would only compromise that longlife coolant. We inform customers of what MINI recommends as the best maintenance practices for their vehicle. They are welcome to do as they wish. The vehicle is in the husband's name which is why our cashier asked for him and not her. We have several procedures in place when a vehicle is completed through service and have not have issues with said procedures. I think he is grasping for straws on this one. We have a great track record of being up front and honest with our customers with very high review scores and 3x MINI Center of Excellence awards, 2022, 2023 and 2024. We hope we can work this out.
