MINI of St. Louis

What a great experience! I purchased from out of state because MINI of St L had a much better selection of trims and color combinations than my local dealer. I was expecting it to be hard to do, but Deanna G. took great care of me and worked with me to get a good deal without my ever having to go up to the dealership. Holly K. and Deanna helped make the remote paperwork smooth and quick—really the easiest, most relaxed car buying experience I’ve had in the last 20 years. My only regret about buying from afar and not going too the dealership is that they were so friendly, it would have been a delight to meet them in person.

Everyone is friendly and helpful each time I am there. They take good care of my Mini and me. I’ve had my Countryman S All4 for almost 6 years and love it. I’m glad Mini makes a vehicle into which I can easily get my golf clubs. Thanks

I was pleased that Scott was flexible getting me in the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I had a family emergency and needed an oil change and tires check and windshield washers refilled. Andrew helped me with checking in when I arrived. . He provided exemplary customer service not only to me but to others. I could hear his interactions with other customers from where I was seated in the waiting area. I also spoke with Sam regarding a possible trade in or new purchase. He provided me with the information I requested on two minis that were on the lot. Overall I am rating a 5-Star Plus for the follow through and great service this day. I truly felt valued and a part of the Mini of St. Louis family! Thank you!
