We were definitely nervous about going to a used car dealership, but David was great. He was patient with us as we thoroughly inspected the van we eventually purchased, really fair with the price, efficient with the paperwork, and even surprised us by paying for the car's next year of registration. We've had the van for a few months now and have driven it on two road trips (600 and 2500 miles, respectively) with no problems!

Excellent experience. David gladly let me take vehicle to my mechanic for evaluation. Beautiful machine, and David was up front and respectful as we negotiated from there based on the few minor items my mechanic found. At the end, we reached a price we were both content with. He offered good advice on how to get additional electronic keys made. David is very hard working and I felt comfortable throughout the entire transaction. Will need another vehicle in the next few months, and he will be my first stop.

I sent them a message asking a question about a vehicle I was really interested in. They never responded. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Auto 4 Less is a fantastic place to buy a used car. David is a classy, honest person who will work with you rather than try to take advantage of you. We went to numerous used car places in the Bay Area before going to A4L and they all had serious flaws, either with their inventory or trustworthiness. But not David and Auto 4 Less. Great price, great car and fantastic experience. Buy with the utmost confidence.

Smaller dealer, so a little higher priced because they need to make larger margins. This is understandable, however, had to do all customer service with associate who cannot finalize a selling price without owners approval. Like dealing with a middleman with no authority. After 3 days, I was offered a deal $7 under asking price. Complete waste of time. I was looking at a vehicle with a rollover accident in its history, and they where asking for the equivalent of an Excellent condition vehicle on Kelly Blue Book in my area. Bottom line, they where overpriced and not willing to play ball. I purchased my last vehicle from a different dealer right next to this one about 5 years ago, and the service was much better. I guess I expected the same thing walking up this time.

Great customer service. Manuel and David worked with us so we can get a car that's within our budget. They did all the paper works for the car, and we just had to wait for it. When we got home after we bought it, I noticed that there was a little crack in the front glass. My dad called David, and he told us to bring back the car so they can see it. David called someone to fix the crack. After an hour, the crack was fixed. These guys are still willing to help their customers even though the car was already sold. Because of this, I'm more than positive that I will be back buying another car from them in the future. I will also tell my friends to check out this place if they need to buy a car.

Due to my tight schedule, I bought an Audi Q5 remotely from them, and worked with Wayne through the whole transaction. He was prompt with my questions and fully transparent with providing a CarFax. I arrived on BART on a Saturday, and Wayne picked me up, so I could test the car. It was everything as described in the advertisement, and when we got back to the dealership, he had all the paperwork ready to go, so I could have everything wrapped up quickly. It took no more than 10 minutes, and I was on my way. I have had the car for over a month now with no issues; and have even taken it to Tahoe and back in a blizzard, and the car runs like a charm.
