The Used Car Factory

The Used Car Factory helped me through the process of buying my first car and today they helped me buy my 2nd. They are the most wonderful people to work with and they will go out of their way to help you find your dream car without breaking your budget! Also they are local so I'm always stopping by just to say hi! Loved doing business with them!

George was great in helping me find a car. I went in looking for a particular model I had seen on the website but it was no longer there. George searched the inventory from his other locations and found me the perfect car, the same model that is been looking for but had been unable to find. I ended up leaving with a car that I wanted even more than the one that I originally made the trip for.

Went in to look at a certain car. When I got there the car was no longer there, but George searched the inventories of their other stores and found me an even better deal. They brought the car to the dealership and we got the deal done. I highly recommend and they were professional the entire time.

Donny, Brian and Steve are the most genuine people you could hope to deal with when you're purchasing a vehicle. In life it's the little things that mean the most. Donny took the time to find me everything that I wanted and believe me my list was long!! Brian even got my kids the DVD player installed that they wanted. I have bought cars in the past but have never felt like I was family until I came to The Used Car Factory! Steve called me a guest instead of a customer, it means a lot when your treated like family instead of just some random customer. I have told everyone about you guys and will continue to! Keep doing what you're doing! You guys are the best! I seriously can't thank you enough!!!

It was a normal take a drive to the dealer and check out what they have: to drive home with the beautiful 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe we were checking out online. Thank you Donny for a great customer service and for keeping our 3 year old busy with balloons as well, she loves riding in her new truck. We will definitely come back to get another vehicle soon.
