I had been looking for a car for over a year, I shopped every site online even shopped multiple dealers from Rockville to Lexington park! I finally stopped in and met Jody at the used car factory, I told him what I was looking for and in no time he had one of each cars at the dealership. I drove both made a decision and thought hope this works out! Little did I know how hard Brian, and Steve would work behind the scenes to get me the deal I wanted at the price I needed! Brian assured me they would do everything they could to make it happen, I recieved the info and was pleased, but they didn't stop there, Steve continued to search banks and when I returned to sign the paper work he had worked even harder! He got my down payment where I needed and reduced my interest rate further than originally thought reducing my payment!! Great Team great experience just Great! Salesman Jody, Manager Brian and Finance Rep Steve, honestly thank you guys for all the great work, you have earned a customer for life and most of all my TRUST!!

For once a dealership that treats you like your special
I dealt with Donnie,Steve,Dave and Brian. These guys are the best. From my first phone call to us driving away with our car they made us feel like we were special. When will a salesman take the time to find you a better car than the one we were coming into see..Donnie did. And he made it happen for us. We are disabled and he put us in a beautiful car. If you go anywhere else...your wasting your time. Your family with these guys..Thanks Donnie...your the best!

An amazing car buying experience!
Donny, Steve and Brian were great! It was a no pressure, hassle free car buying experience. Unforgettable experience and staff
This was the best and easiest experience I've ever had at a dealership. I called ahead to inquire about a particular car on the lot however, by the time I arrived Robert had found the "perfect" car for me. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and they treat you like family. I highly recommend this dealership!!
