I recently came to The Used Car Factory after months of searching for the perfect Jeep. Phil was phenomenal and went above and beyond to find exactly what I was looking for--a real dream come true. The process of purchasing my first car was a lot easier than people made it out to be--very convenient, easy, and exactly what you would want when making such an important purchase. I highly recommend going to them to find the car of your dreams, just like I found mine!

I advised you to go get your car here very friendly people very respective catch your eye conversation when you talk make you feel as if your at home. Jon and Steve got me a great car for the right price range for a Cadillac that runs excellent in great condition. I recommend that everybody goes here for a car and they will make your car jump.

As a returning customer, I'm just as pleased as the first time I worked with Donny and Steve. Their customer service and accommodation to my needs and schedule was outstanding. This time I also got the pleasure of working with Sam and she was an absolute delight, very friendly and knowledgable of the documentation. In the future I anticipate another vehicle purchase with these three.

I have purchased MANY vehicles in my life, and never have had the great experience I had with this Sales Rep. He wasn't the typical 'pushy', overly eager, 'in your face' Salesman. Even my husband liked him, and that is saying something !! We have found our new personal car salesman, who has definitely earned our business. He is a diamond in the rough !!
