I knew what I wanted ~ Hank & Steve made quick and painless to get it. They worked with me past closing and Hank came in the next day (on his day off) to tie up a few loose ends. Everyone was very friendly ~ I really appreciate that!!!

My experience with The Used Car Factory was a very pleasant experience, First they had a vast inventory of several makes and models. I had driven by at least 3x before finally stopping and taking a look. Even so I stopped I didn't buy anything that day and I felt no pressure from any of the sales staff. I returned the next day after visiting several dealerships. My saleswoman was Sam and she was awesome to work with. There was absolutely no pressure from Sam. It was nice to work with 1 person from start to finish. I didn't have to go from Saleswoman to finance person. She handled everything for me which it made it easier and one of the more pleasant deals I have ever done. I would highly recommend The Used Car Factory for your next car purchase.

I had called to schedule a time to look at a posted used Chevy Suburban. I spoke with Hank about the vehicle and went to see the vehicle. We started closing the deal very quickly and during the process there were a few items concerning the vehicle that really needed some attention.
