I just bought a Toyota Highlander Hybrid from Hank and Sam at The Used Car Factory - got a great deal and had a great time doing it. This type of car was very hard to find but the Used Car Factory had a great one in stock with low miles and a great price. They stand behind their work and are transparent about the whole process. Hank and Sam are both courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Hank even delivered the car to me over two hours away from the dealership on his day off! Sam was great about laying out my warrantee options in a logical cost-benefit analysis format without being pushy. I did independent research and found their warrantee service company to be in the top 3 in the country. They have a customer for life in me.

He was very professional the whole time. Pleased with the service I received the whole time was on the lot. He also knew what was talking about when it came to the cars.

I have to say I am not very fond of used car dealerships! But we went to The Used Car Factory found something we liked and Hank was very honest with us never pressured us or tried to talk us into something we could not afford. We got exactly what we wanted and the price was right on the money. Very good place highly recommended! Hank you did a great job thanks for everything.
