Upon entering the Used Car Factory, I was immediately struck by the friendliness of the employees. I had heard good reviews about the Used Car Factory, so I came to investigate; I was certainly not disappointed. Hank Robinson, the Sales Consultant I worked with, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He was very easy to get along with, and was easy to converse with on the test drive as well. As far as the other staff went, they were very friendly about their business, while still remaining professional. Overall, I got the vehicle I wanted, and left with a smile on my face because of the phenomenal staff!

Well I was looking for a newer car preferably one with under 40,000 miles on it.So I was looking on "The Used Car Factory" website to see if another car would fit my needs.Well I was looking and looking and looking and looking,and I found the perfect car which was 2013 Dodge Dart,and I fell in love with it. I brought a 2008 Chevy cobalt from Hank before ,and loved it as well,but I wanted to trade it in and get the 2013 Dodge Dart. So I contacted Phillips (The Owner) and he told me he would have someone contact me first thing Monday morning.I had told Phillip that I wanted to work with HANK,he is amazing and he do not procrastinate.So HANK contacted me early on Monday as soon as they opened and I told him that I wanted to trade in my Cobalt for the Dart,and he said he would see what he could do. Then he got straight to work without hesitation or anything standing in his way.It was showing that I had no credit but I really did,so I became worried that I wouldn't get my dream car. Then Hank and Steve and Phill made sure I would get my dream car.I got a amazing appraisal for my 2008 Chevy Cobalt ,that I originally brought from them and that became my down payment on my car.Which got me instantly approved ,and I am only 20 years old with a brand new car with under 15,000 miles on the car. I say it was a win win for me and the dealership.Steve worked very hard to get me the car and financed and when Hank had called me and told me I got approved and a great approval rate and monthly payments,I wanted to shed a tear. This dealership is amazing and I mean amazing and they will always have my business forever and ever. Came in my 04' Explorer- had 116K miles and some small body blemishes. Found the exact style of truck I wanted on the lot that same day, an 05' 4 door Silverado- 136K miles, asked $14,999. A little higher than I wanted to finance, but Hank was great. He got me a trade in value as a wholesale vehicle but it wasnt enough for me. Called me back two days later with information that I would most likely get a better trade in value if they bought it as a retail trade. He was able to double my trade in value by going between between the two purchasing managers. Got me the right price I was willing to finance, was straight forward with how their financing works. I told him I wanted to go through my bank because I could get a better rate, totally agreed with me that it would be better for me to use my bank. All the paperwork was ready to go within the hour, and there was no hidden fees or "extras" like I've been surprised with at other dealers. Everyone was very nice, asking if I needed any drinks while I was there, and even offered me lunch when I was there on Saturday. I would recommend shopping around to know the price for what you want, first, but finish your hunt for a new vehicle here. Everything on the lot was in great condition, no junkers sitting here, no hassle for a sale, great staff. All the little issues I noticed during my test drive were noted, and a service appointment was scheduled to correct all the problems. Even after a few days I noticed some things that were just a bit off and I wanted checked, called Dave the service manager, he said no problem, he would look at any issues I have noticed and that I just needed to let him know what day I wanted to drop off the truck and that they would fix any and all issues I notice. The "big dealers" I've worked with in the past want you to buy the extended warranty for service like this, if you didnt, once you drive it off the lot, they wont do anything for you. Although it is a good size company, you get the "old time" mom and pop feeling from the family. This dealer cares about their reviews and reputation, they wont do you wrong.

The overall experience at the "Used car Factory " was amazing !! . I I got a car with all the qualities I was looking for In a vehicle for a bargain price . Everyone was super friendly especially Mr. Donny . Him and Mr. Steve were very patient in helping me find my FIRST special car and they made sure me and my sister drove off that lot happy, satisfied , and most importantly thankful . I've been to other dealerships as I explaind to Donny , and no others customer service can compare . They even took a portrait with me and a video and I was very pleased because I don't know another dealership that cares for it's customers the same way that they do . Thank You ! Hank was awesome, friendly, went out of his way to ensure we were buying a dependable car. He looked up reviews of the Odessey we wanted to buy and informed us problems that other people had reported with the cars along with a copy of the carfax. Hank also being trained in the finances was able to take care of us all the way through without having to be handed off to someone else. I would recommed Used Car Factory and Hank's service to anyone.
