What a wonderful experience dealing with Elliott Bourne

What a wonderful experience dealing with Elliott Bourne III while purchasing my new GLS 550 at Mercedes Benz of Owings Mills. The dealership was clean, bright and inviting. This is my third Mercedes Benz purchase with the assistance of Elliott and I will be a forever customer. He is dependable, pleasant, prompt, responsive, and extremely professional. He is knowledgeable and very thorough; he goes out of his way to ensure you have any and all of your questions or concerns answered. I also had excellent service from the finance manager, Kolo. He covered additional coverage options with ease and fully explained my final invoice to ensure I was clear and comfortable with everything I was signing. The management team was great as well. It was great working with Jason and Tony who provided that extra special touch of support ensuring my experience was top tier. I am very happy with my new truck and level of service I received.
