Hidden Fees and Damaged Cars

Went in expecting the price listed on the internet. Got that price. Then the finance man came in to give me some examples of monthly payments, they seemed a bit high against my estimates. Turns out they tack on over $700 in "Prep" fees. I had them break it down for me and they were trying to charge $430 for the oil change. On top of that, the certified car had a broken light in the interior with a foot of wiring dangling out. So much for certified. No thank you , goodbye. One positive- Our salesman Mario was really nice and very fun to chat with.


Great Salesman

I recently leased a Nissan Sentra from Elite Nissan of Bergenfield. The salesman, Edward Carter, was great. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful and made sure I got an excellent deal. I highly recommend this dealer and this salesman.


Watch for fees

They charge a $250 "internet fee" for vehicles (Ridiculous) They charge $700 to clean the car you are about to buy, before you buy it (Ridiculous) They charge $600 to "make sure everything's ok with the car mechanically" before you buy it (Ridiculous) Beware. They refused to waive the fees after trying to negotiate. Took forever for them to even wipe out the ludicrous $250 "internet fee". 17k used car came out to $20,400 after fees/taxes. Insanity. I walked. Not buying a car there for sure.


Problem Solved !!!

My son bought a Murano 2-1/2 years ago from Elite Nissan. We discovered a paperwork problem that was going to cost him $1050.00. We contacted the general manager Zuhgir Bader who said he would fix the problem. Surprise, surprise, he did just what he said he would do, He called me every day to keep me informed of the process. He even called me a few days later to make sure everything was ok. I would recommend Elite Nissan to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle, as Mr. Bader will truly take care of you.


Friendly Relationship

It was a pleasure doing business with Elite NIssan. My salesman Mr. Benny was pleasant and friendly. He offer me every option that was available to me. Mr. Bader is a awesome manager. All the employees was . I do recommend this dealership. I had to go to the Service Department they was very friendly and polite. I receive my vehicle back in a reasonable amount of time. They was awesome.


Exceeded My Expectations!!!

Hands down amazing service all around!! They found the car I was looking for and had it ready for me in no time. Christina in sales is extremely helpful as well and helped me along side Benny to find the exact car I wanted.
