Service quick and effective,

My car was serviced quickly and effectively. I was also able to meet with Matt Williams on leasing a new vehicle. My current lease runs out in December. Very good talk and I was shown both a 2014 & 2015 Lacrosse Vehicles....

great service not so great answer from gm.

Disappointed with the answer from Gm about the seats in the enclave. Was thinking about buying a new enclave but may have to rethink that. Very happy with your dealership.

excellent accomodations and clean enviornment.

had coffee , watched the news and read newspaper and was told that car was ready. in for recall. no problems. car manufactured after bad parts were used. thank you.

Todd Wenzel gets it! Great Service

I have taken vehicles to many dealerships over the years, and in general the experience is usually terrible. Prices are higher, and they seem to have their own version of time...everything moves at a crawl. At Wenzel, I got my car back in an hour. Unheard of at a dealership. Nice to find a dealer that understands my time is valuable too. Maybe I finally found a dealer I can return to. Thanks.

Fast & friendly service with a job well done.

I was there for (2) GM recalls on my GMC Acadia. My service rep., John, was very nice in getting me taken care of. And I thank you for your courtesy shuttle service.

quick oil change

A little fluke in communication occurred as I thought the service people were done with my oil change, but no one let me know it was OK to leave.
