It was fast to get the car, good customer service. They should explain about the VW insurance thought cause it increases the amount that you paid and you dont count on it.

Great Service
The service department employees were very accommodated to my needs, specially Jose Luis Bringas, he was attentive to me, he came and asked if I was OK at the waiting area, and pointed out the refreshments.

Service Department
The service rep and service department staff were very helpful. They maintained constant contact with me and my warranty company until the inspector arrived and the repairs were complete. Very professional.

very clean great service
The service person I had seen was extremely interested in my car problems and had it diagnosed immediately with in a half an hour came back with the problem and had ordered the part. They made me feel like I was the only one in the service center

Great service need another car wash
Came in for 20,000 k service was told your out in an hour !, But it happened I was. There 2.5 hours cause you only have one car wash ???

Customer service was great. Service associate was helpful and friendly. Loaner car provided was an older model but clean and effective.
