Great enviroment and great staff. Everyone was there to attend my needs. This is the second car I've leased from Martin and he always gives me the best deal and looks after my best interest. Both Martin and Glenn were very professional, and found the best program and car that would fit me. Highly recommend you talk to either one if you are ever interested in a VW.

I have a 2009 VW Jetta with 25,000 miles (still under warranty). I cannot express how much I regret purchasing this car. My overall experience owning this car has been a complete disappointment, to say the least. The service department at Esserman VW is subpar. There is absolutely no sense of urgency and they provide VERY POOR customer service. My most recent visit was today (July 18, 2011). I dropped off my car for repairs; this time it was for the air conditioning malfunctioning. After dropping off the car at 8:00am sharp, I was told they would be calling a shuttle to take me back to work while they look into the issue. Long story short, after over an hour of waiting for the shuttle I requested my car back and express to the Service Adviser (Pablo) how disappointed I was with the lack of customer service. He quietly returned my keys and told me to have a nice day. It was an obvious “no skin off my back” attitude. Today was the last straw. I will NEVER step foot in any Esserman VW dealership again! I will never purchase another VW period! I DO NOT recommend Esserman VW for any type of service.

Good experience. The only thing is that it takes a long time to do all the 'paper work'I wish it could be a little faster.

For the past 6 months I've been trying to purchase a vehicle. It's been a long process but finally I did find one perfect for me with the help of Tony. My credit score was not the best but with the help of Mitra in finance I was able to get the car I wanted. Their teamwork exceeded any other dealer that I had visited, they were all very patient with me. My experience at Esserman was great and I will be recommending my family and friends to go for a visit and take a look at their inventory when they're ready to purchase a new/used vehicle.

Excellent sales person. Keith help us to get the rigth car and a good price. He did everything possible to help us. He was following every detail even after we got the car. Tony gave us the car and took the time to explain to us every detail of the car. He also was very nice and professional. The dealer personel was good, except that we were waiting a little bit in order to complete the process. Overall was a good experience, I recommend this dealership. :)

Had a great experience with this dealership from start to end. Everyone was very welcoming and worked with me to get the right price. The salesman was very knowledgable about the product and gave good advice as to what he recommended and why. Glen was extremelly froendly and professional throughout the process.
