My Husband and I had a great experience at this dealer. We leased a 2011 Jetta for our daughter who is going to college in the fall. Mr. Centeno was everything opposite of the typical salesman. He did not hoover over us as we shopped, did not push us into a particular vehicle or option, yet, he was there whenever we needed him. Even as we were negotiating a deal for our new vehicle, he did not become impatient whenever we would change our mind about something or asked questions. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles we looked at. This gentleman knows how to treat a person, and even if you walk away to compare (like we did), you will come right back to him. I recommend Mr. Centeno if you will be shopping at Esserman and would definitely be looking forward to working with him in the future. Our finance manager, Mrs. Fitzpatrick was also a pleasure to work with. The dealer was closed by the time we had to sign the papers and she still had two customers to go after us and she helped us with a smile and explained any questions we had.
