I brought my car in for 48,000 mile service. When I got my vehicle back, my check engine light was on. I had to bring my vehicle back FOUR times (the light kept coming back on) to finally get the problem corrected. They did provide me with a loaner, but I had to call the service manager and the general manager to get it approved. Now I'm having a problem again. I love my VW but since I brought it to Esserman VW I've had nothing but problems with it. I would recommend avoiding this dealership's service department.

I had a Mazda CR9 suv. The lease was to expire and we had the clear idea that heavy vehicles are not the wisest way to spend the money nowdays, especially when montly payments, insurance rates and gas consumption are higher. So we were just passing by the dealer looking at the new models and we found this smaller TIGUAN. I like very much the standard features like the blue tooth for the cell phone completely wireless and the touch screen music player. It has the capability of using SDM cards and I has alredy put into a memory of 8MB like 60 of my favorite CD's. The driving is confortable and the car is making 17.5 miles per gallon which if not the best, a little better than I was doing before. The torque is good and the driving is pleasurable. The sales person is Antonio Cantu a nice person. We also dealt with Glenn and Maria. I will coming back in a few months for my second wolkswagen.

Martin and Hector were very helpful while i was looking for my new volkswagen. They walked me through everything step by step and made sure i was getting the best price i could for my vehicle. I left the dealership feeling very secure and happy with my purchase and intend on being a future volkswagen customer because of them. I would definitely refer friends and family to them for a new car.

The sales person that was assigned to me was very nice.He was straightforward,honest and very helpful.He answered all my questions in a way that i would understand. I whent to volkswagen nissan again because 3 years ago I buy my first car there . Was a placent purchaces and nice to deal with great people who the number one priority is customer services..ones again I was in the dealer on sunday the 27 of march. I was recomemded by a coworked to see Martin Centeno..and I was glad to see him , he was very nice and helpful...he help me to found the car I wanted and give me a great deal as well...i definilly I will shop at that dealer againg.... I was an owner of a 2002 Jeep Liberty and I knew it was a ticking time bomb. I had to find a new car but I had huge restrictions on monthly payments. I first walked into the dealership about 3 months ago. As soon as I stepped out of my car, I was greeted by a nice young women. She took my name and then introduced me to Antonio Cantu (Tony). The experience was already so much better then any other dealership I had gone too. I did not feel like vultures prey when entering the dealership. I began telling Tony that I was interested in the VW Jetta and I told him what I was willing to pay. We took a test drive and I fell in love with the car. Tony was extremely knowledgeable about the car and about all of my options. I wanted to know what I could get for my jeep if I traded it in for a lease or if it would be better for me to sell it on my own. I continued to work numbers with Tony for the next three months while I was trying to sell my car on my own. Once I sold my car, I was ready to lease a new Jetta. Tony, along with his managers at Esserman (Derric and Glen) worked with me until I was able to get down to a price that I could afford. I spend many hours at Volkswaggen and all the time was well spent! Every experience with them was great. They even brought in dinner for my boyfriend and I when we stayed there late. I have built up a great friendship with the people at Esserman and I am so happy with my purchase! Even after my purchase, Tony has been there for any questions or concerns I have had. Exceptional service was provided to me by the service manager Rolando Sanchez and his service staff. I took in my vehicle at closing time and was greeted with a smile and gave me detailed explanation on my vehicle concerns.I could't have asked for a better service experience.
