My only complaint is that in the waiting area, the

My only complaint is that in the waiting area, the television keeps recycling the same program about Hendricks and the same show over and over. When I pointed out that to someone, the said only the service dept. has the remote. when I mentioned in in service, they said they do not have the remote. I recommend that the Hendricks collision ad only come on perhaps once an hour. and that if the tv needs to be on, that you put it on a news channel, or something that will change. Most of us were in the waiting room area for at least an hour or more. It was annoying to hear the same thing, loud and overall.

It was a very good experience.

It was a very good experience. My car was taken care of and Samantha was so friendly and helpful. The repair was going to take the whole day and Samantha even offer an uber to take me home and pick me up when the repair was finished

Elijah was incredible?

Elijah was incredible?helpful, personable, and genuinely invested in our experience. A few years ago, I purchased a car at a different dealership and didn?t enjoy the process, mainly because it didn?t feel like they had my best interest in mind. But at Hendrick, the experience was completely different. Elijah and his team made the process of trading in our Telluride for a Carnival smooth and enjoyable. The whole time, it felt like Elijah truly had our best interest at heart, which made all the difference.
