Buying my new car

I was searching for a particular model and color vehicle. I was forgotten by my local Dealership so I traveled 150 miles to purchase my car. I communicated by phone And email prior to picking up my new vehicle. It was overall an extremely positive Experience. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Great experience!!

We came to Brillance after having some horrible experiences with other dealerships where we ended up walking out with a truck. When we arrived at Brillance we assumed it would be more of the same but to our delight it was an amazing professional and efficient experience with Ed Troik and Keith Johnson. They were extremely friendly and made our buying experience a good one and we went home with a truck that we were thrilled with and a price we were pleased with. By far the best car buying experience we have ever had!!!

Super customer service

We came to Brillance Subaru and had an awesome experience. We researched the trucks we were interested in and contacted Ed to make sure the vehicles were still available. By the time we got there from Harvard, IL Ed had the trucks ready for a test drive. After the first test drive Ed had the office working on out trade ins while we finished the test drives. Once we were done Ed had to turn us over to Keith the finish up the deal. We told Keith what we were looking for in price and he left for a moment, came back and had a deal written up exceeding our expectations and we had a deal! The experience was extremely professional and efficient while still being friendly and personable. We went to other dealers prior to Brillance and were disappointed and walked out of the dealers without a deal. It was wonderful to deal with such great professionals as Ed and Keith. We will certainly come back time and time again when we need to purchase our next vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Ed and Keith.

Enjoy Buying a Car!

I am a repeat Brilliance Subaru customer, and will be for a long time based on my experience at Brilliance! All the people there that I have met are friendly, personable, knowledgable, and enjoyable to deal with! There have been no exceptions. The service advisers are very good to work with and the customer waiting area is quite comfortable! When they tell you it will be ready, it is ready. If you are looking for a Subaru, I would recommend that you go to Brilliance first; I suspect you won't go anywhere else! Tell them Joe sent you!!

Great service with a friendly team.

New clean facility with good customer service. The management is keen to attract new business, for both sales and service work. They almost always wash your car, which is complimentary with a service appointment. This is even for an oil change. As such an oil change can take an hour. However for a quicker turnaround one can always request they not wash the car.

Absolute Standout Service

Even though the required service was rather expensive and took a couple of days to perform, the experience was exceptional. I was treated courteously and professionally throughout the whole process from making the appointment, through dropping off the car, and picking the car up. The free loaner car was really nice. The service was performed very well on my vehicle and there was never any pressure to perform extra services.
