Felt the service was fine. I was told that this Jerking of the car at start up was the transmission, and they tested the car and said it was in the "acceptable range"

Subaru Legacy great experience

Very happy with over all experience. Great sales guy, very knowledgable. Subaru rides well, hugs the road. Great features heated seats. Very happy with the deal,

1st oil change in my new Crosstrek

I had purchased my Subaru at another dealer. This dealer stated that I need to get my first oil change much earlier than Brilliance. When I called to bring it at that time. Brilliance was very honest and told me to wait until 5, 000 miles. The person, which I spoked with, took to the time to make sure he was correct and that I could wait until 5,000 miles. On the day I came in, the process was easy. The person can outside where I was sitting to find me to let me know my car was ready. Everyone that I talked with was very friendly and helpful.

Legacy Purchase

I had an excellent experience at Brilliance Subaru. George Heller was knowledgeable on the various Subaru models and followed up with me several times. I had a few minor issues and George worked with the service department to quickly satisfy all these and make me feel appreciated as a Subaru owner. Thanks for your professionalism George!

Positive Service Experience

I purchased a new Legacy from Brilliance Subaru. After looking over the vehicle, there were a few minor issues that needed to be resolved. I worked with Adam Mennella in the service department and he was very helpful. Adam looked over the car with me and kept me informed whent he parts would arrive.
