Oil Change and Coolant Flush

Friendly customer service and a very clean facility. Took over an hour and a half to complete an oil change and coolant flush which was much longer than I expected.

Best car buying experience ever!

Starting with the Internet manager, the communication, responsiveness and honesty were exceptional. The sales and management staff were warm, friendly and more than accommodating. Everyone should know what it's like to buy a car and feel this good about the purchase!

Excellent Service

After my car broke down, my mom finally agreed to get me a new car. After doing some online searching, I chose to get a Legacy and Brilliance Subaru just happened to have the one I wanted. From the phone call to driving off with my brand new Subaru Legacy, Ed Troike took complete care of us and made sure that we walked away as happy customers. He even made us honorary family. Either way, I'm in love with my car and I plan on sending anyone I can back there if they ever need a good subaru and excellent customer service

2017 Legacy

After my car broke down, my mom finally agreed to get me a new car. After doing some online searching, I chose to get a Legacy and Brilliance Subaru just happened to have the one I wanted. From the phone call to driving off with my brand new Subaru Legacy, Ed Troike took complete care of us and made sure that we walked away as happy customers. He even made us honorary family. Excellent Service

The service team has been absolutely excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating to our needs. The service team has even come out to our house to pick up our car and drop off a loaner 👍 I've never had that type of service with any dealership within my lifetime.

Crosstrek

We had a very nice experience with Rick at Brilliance when we arrived to pick up our car. He was outside to greet us and made us feel valued right from the beginning. He explained the Brilliance philosophy and pointed out the tree outside that was saved from being cut down. We like that kind of commitment to the environment.
